METROLOGICAL ORDER
We will draw up the metrological rules in accordance with Act No. 505/1990 Coll., On metrology, as amended, and implementing legal regulations. These metrological rules are prepared as an internal regulation of the employer according to § 305 of Act No. 262/2006 Coll., The Labor Code, as amended.
The rights and obligations of natural persons who are entrepreneurs and legal persons and state administration bodies, to the extent necessary to ensure the uniformity and accuracy of measuring instruments and measurements, are laid down in Act No. 505/1990 Coll., On Metrology, as amended, and implementing legislation.
One of the ways to determine the conditions ensuring the metrological preconditions for the correct operation of measuring instruments is the elaboration of an internal regulation of the organization, the so-called metrological rules.
The metrological code should contain guidelines and procedures leading to the results of measurements performed by revision measuring instruments to be credible and unquestionable. The metrological code should, in the first instance, contain a list of instruments used for inspection activities, stating their calibration period and, where appropriate, the reasons why it has been so determined.
